clmautomation.it presents CLM Automation’s website design, redesign, web development and related services. These terms concern use of the website. Project terms are set out in a specific quote and agreement.
Enquiries and agreements
Sending the form requests information; it does not conclude a contract or purchase. Published prices and packages are indicative. Scope, applicable taxes, payment, timing, revisions, hosting, licences and support are specified in the quote.
Examples and outcomes
Previews marked demo or concept illustrate possible design directions and do not necessarily represent client work. Commercial outcomes and search rankings are not guaranteed. Reviews reflect their authors’ experiences.
Content and acceptable use
Text, design, code and images are protected by their respective owners’ rights. Browsing does not grant a licence for reproduction or commercial use. Do not use the website for unlawful messages, spam or attempted unauthorised access.
Availability and external links
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable. External links lead to third-party services. These terms do not limit mandatory user rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
