Contact form data
The form collects name, email, optional business name, service of interest, language and message to respond to your enquiry and discuss a project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Providing data is voluntary, but name, email and message are needed to handle the request. Do not send health data, passwords or unnecessary confidential information.
Hosting and enquiries
Netlify hosts the website and Netlify Forms receives and stores form submissions. People handling enquiries and relevant technical providers may access the data to deliver the service. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotional messages.
Optional analytics
Umami at analytics.clmautomation.it loads only after you accept analytics. It helps understand page usage through browsing and device information. This website does not send form fields to Umami; the tracker is configured to exclude URL query parameters and fragments. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw through Cookie preferences.
Technical data and security
Hosting infrastructure processes technical request data such as IP address, time and browser information to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain security, on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Reviews and external links
Google reviews are retrieved by the server and display public content, author names, ratings and dates. The cards do not embed a Google map in your browser. Visiting Google, WhatsApp or other external links also involves the respective providers’ privacy notices.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as needed to handle your request and related discussions. If a contract follows, data is retained for its administration and applicable legal obligations. Disputes may require longer retention. The browser analytics preference expires after six months. Actual retention within Netlify and Umami also depends on the operator’s settings and is not changed by deleting your browser preference.
Providers and transfers
Technical services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on service contracts, subprocessors and configuration. Information and copies of safeguards can be requested using the contact address above. Netlify’s data processing documentation is linked below.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact c.lomonaco@clmautomation.com. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it or your competent supervisory authority. The contact form does not make automated decisions with legal effects.
